- 100% Whole Wheat or Sprouted Grain Bread
- Beans (black, white, pinto, garbanzo) - low sodium versions are best
2. Eat More Fruits
- Dates
- Berries
- Apples
- Bananas
- Cherries
3. EAT Healthy FATS
- Cook foods in EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) & peanut oil
- GO NUTZZZZZ (choose walnuts, pecans, peanuts, almonds...
- Peanut butter!!! All Natural is best!
- Almond Butter
- Coconut Oil
4. Protein:
- Any type of protein powder will do - higher protein and fat is better than high
sugar/carbs - Red Meat - Aim for less fatty cuts
- White Meat (chicken, dark or light turkey, and pork)
- Eggs
