Jabra Sport Wireless+ headphones. When you're working out, the last thing you need is a cord in your way! These are a life-saver.
Polar Heart Rate monitor. Just check out their website to figure out which one you like. I've got the F6; it allows me to create an adjustable THR zone, track mins in this zone, & show me total cals burned. Make sure you purchase one that goes with a chest strap - the ones without the chest strap are not accurate!
My favorite lifting gloves are the Bionic half-finger lifting gloves. They are super durable & padded.
I love my Power Systems belt for heavy lunges, squats, and deadlifts.
I use my Haulin’ Hooks for heavy DB lunges as well as for deadlifts.
I like having my own neck pad for the squat rack bc the ones @ the gym are disgusting & usually ripped in half…
Above are photos of my 3 favorite cardio machines (for HIIT, LISS, or for steady-state). They are all low-impact and utilize all extremities so your HR increases faster! In order, these are my favorites:
1) The Jacob's Ladder increases speed as you climb faster, & will get your HR very high, very quickly! It's great for HIIT and involves your entire body.
2) The Cybex Arc Trainer allows you to increase both resistance & incline. You can get really low into your legs, further increasing your HR. (For HIIT, try incline of 17 & 40 resistance. Do 1 min work with SPM >160 & 2 mins rest with SPM 120-130. KILLER!)
3) The Precor AMT also allows you to increase both resistance & incline (like the Cybex). ROM is not as broad, which is why it is in 3rd place.

Sweaty Bands (pictured above). One of my fave DIY money-savers: Just sew 2 ribbons together & use 6 inches elastic to connect the underside. The interior ribbon is velvet so it sticks to your hair & the exterior ribbon is whatever cute ribbon you like. The wider bands stay in place better IMO.
APPS:
*For HIIT: For Droid, I recommend "HIIT interval training timer". For iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, I recommend "TuneTime Music Hour" or "Interval Timer" for your HIIT Timer.
*For Music: I recommend Pandora; "Pop & hip hop power workout" is my personal fave station. I also recommend "FIT radio", which increases the bpm to pump you up :)
